Groupe Rossel chooses Lineup Systems to help transform its advertising business

Franco-Belgian publishing group implements Lineup’s cloud-based Adpoint software to improve business processes and drive revenue growth

Groupe Rossel, the Franco-Belgian publishing group headquartered in Brussels, has chosen Lineup Systems to manage its entire advertising booking management system across all of its businesses and 100+ publications in France and Belgium.

With more than 3,500 employees and revenue greater than €500 million annually, Rossel is one of the largest publishing groups in the French-speaking world, with a range of prestigious media brands including Le Soir, La Voix du Nord, La Meuse, Métro, 20 Minutes, L’Union de Reims, Vlan as well as TV and radio properties. The company has grown rapidly through acquisition, creating a portfolio of newspapers, magazines and broadcast media with significant penetration in its key markets in France and Belgium. Fast expansion has made it essential for the group to consolidate processes and systems across its numerous different media properties. Lineup System’s cloud-based Adpoint platform will provide Groupe Rossel with a unified and standardised CRM, multi-channel booking and financial processes system across all of its business units, bringing improved efficiencies, more flexible working processes and new revenue streams.

As part of this, Group Rossel will replace its legacy order entry systems with a single solution to book multi-channel ads, integrating five different billing systems and six different financial centers, into a single platform.

This win follows significant investment by Lineup into the French speaking market, where the company has ramped up its local presence from sales to deployment to provide French-speaking customers with a fully-tailored local Adpoint solution.
